أهلا و سهلا بكم.
Just wanted to know that you can search a new blog, titled “The Art of Acquisition”. It’s basically about my new book and it discusses the key tips and tricks required to learn any language to fluency.
Well, enough of my rambling. Check out the site (please)!
I have a quick question: when you use YouTube (and feast upon its AV goodness-I know that sounds weird, but work with me here), what language do you use it in?
If your answer is in your native language, please change it…I’ll wait…
In the meantime, here are a couple of snapshots of my YouTube page (mobile):
As you can see, my channels feature a few languages in each photo. Depending on how many languages you’re learning, you may have fewer or more languages than what I’ve subscribed to.
YouTube is the world’s largest video sharing site-every country in the world (or so it seems) has pages in its own language for your viewing pleasure. Why not use it to its utmost potential?
Good luck on your journey, and please comment/ share.
P.S. Which languages/ channels do you plan to subscribe to on YouTube, or do you know of any other sites?
Hi, all. I just wanted to discuss the immersion method that I’ve followed for the past couple of years. I really think that it can help everyone attain fluency in a language in an extremely short span of time.
To further explain this concept, you can see the vids here, here , and here …
So the best course of advice to take from this is: DON’T START SPEAKING. You’ll benefit immensely by not doing so later.
What did you think about the vids? Please comment and share.
Hello, all. If you haven’t checked it out, try out my book, “The Art of Acquisition”. You’ll never learn languages the same ever again…
The Art of Acquisition
I can’t believe this week was the last week of classes! Totally stoked!
…Now, its time to get back to my L2’s.
Hello, all. I know I’m stating the obvious, but this is my very first blog entry. I’m totally psyched, and I hope to interact with you guys about language and life.
